This company is a Chicago, Illinois-based leader in business litigation services. The company has been in business since the nineteenth century and specializes in Business Enterprise, Business Litigation, and Estate Management.
The company was using Excel spreadsheets and manual processes for entering and reporting on case data. Schuyler, Roche & Crisham desired a contemporary application to enable its employees to more effectively track and update case information.
The company was seeking to develop a database to streamline the tracking and reporting of case data.
Alligatortek designed the database based on needs for ease of use and clarity of data reporting. The database provides the ability to enter new case information, update existing cases, search on existing case information, and export data for reporting purposes. The details of each case are displayed and easily categorized in an organized manner.
Multiple levels of security provide appropriate access to information based on the user’s permissions.
